Rates and Availability

Rates vary depending upon demand during a particular season.  We have classified weeks as Peak, Low, and Off to match the terms used by other properties in the area, however our assignment of weeks may different from the other properties.  Please review the calendar below to ascertain the correct rate for the week you desire.

Rental Rates: (rates are in US dollars and do not include Maine Sales Tax which is 7% on vacation rentals )  There is an additional $100.00 Departure Cleaning Fee

*Weekend Rentals may be available during  provided they don't interfere with full week rentals.

Weekly Rental Period is Saturday to Saturday.  Check in 3 PM, Check out 10 AM  Weekend rental is Friday - Monday unless otherwise arranged.

We require a deposit of 1/2 the weekly rate for each week you wish to reserve.  The remaining balance, tax, security deposit, other deposits (if applicable) and departure cleaning fee is due 21 days  before your arrival date.  Upon receipt, we will send the key, and directions to the house the week before your arrival.

Security Deposit
A security deposit $300 is to be paid at the time of the second rental installment along with a $100.00 cleaning fee, three weeks prior to your arrival.  This security deposit will be refunded in full,  provided you leave the house in the same condition as when you arrived. 

We are a Housekeeping rental:
Unless arrangements are made with the owners, you will need to provide your own towels and linens for your stay.   Daily Maid service is not provided.  The house is cleaned prior to your arrival.  You should leave the property with no damage and clean.

Calls within the US and Canada are free of charge.  

The rental rate includes free broadband internet service.  Your connection to the network may be hardwired (RJ-45) or Wireless.

Pets:
We will accept well mannered adult dogs with the following provisions.  Cats generally don't travel well.  If you desire to bring a cat, please discuss the matter with the owners.

1.  Dogs must be adult, completely housebroken, and non-destructive..  We cannot accept dogs of breeds considered vicious or dangerous by our insurance company.. 

2. An additional pet deposit of $300.00 is required.

3. When filling out your rental form, you must state that you are traveling with a dog and provide the dog's age and breed to the owners.

4.  You must clean up after your pet.  This includes all areas, inside and outside, of the rental property. 

5. Any damage done by the pet is the sole responsibility of the guest.
